1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lumenterra.art and any purchase or inquiry made through the site. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

3. Artwork Listings

We aim to describe artworks accurately, including available information about period, artist, materials, dimensions, provenance, condition, and related details. Because artworks are unique objects, photographs, screen colors, measurements, and written descriptions may not reproduce every physical characteristic exactly.

Information about attribution, provenance, dating, or authenticity reflects the information reasonably available to us unless a specific written guarantee is expressly provided.

4. Prices, Orders, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Stripe. An order is complete only after payment is successfully confirmed.

We may cancel or refund an order if an artwork is unavailable, a listing or pricing error occurred, payment cannot be verified, or a transaction cannot lawfully be completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Online checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in the United States. Shipping, delivery timing, insurance, pickup, and special handling requirements may vary by artwork and will be communicated at checkout or directly with the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Any return, cancellation, or refund rights are governed by the terms disclosed for the specific transaction, any written agreement with us, and applicable law. Please contact us promptly if an artwork arrives damaged or materially differs from the agreed description.

7. Intellectual Property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by Lumenterra Trading LLC or used with permission. Site content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without permission from the applicable rights holder.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Lumenterra Trading LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
